The schemes of the government are becoming the basis of self-reliance of the society by becoming fruitful: Chief Minister

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the schemes of the government are becoming the basis of the self-reliance of society. If any person in the society remains poor, there cannot be prosperity in the society. The basis of the prosperity of the society is formed only when every person of the society has himself and by providing support at the level of governance, changes can be brought in the life of that person.
The Chief Minister was addressing the Social Representative Conference of the Backward Classes Front of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Uttar Pradesh, in Lucknow today. He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party believes in the nationalist ideology. The basic mantra of BJP is Indian culture. ‘Sarve Bhavanti Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramaya’. That is, wishing for everyone’s happiness is wishing for everyone’s health. Keeping this in mind, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had given the country the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’. He had said that the Bharatiya Janata Party government will not allow the disintegration of society on the basis of caste, religion, region, language. Will work for the welfare of all. The underprivileged, downtrodden people will be given a voice. They will be given an opportunity to move forward.

Expressing his gratitude to the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister has increased its importance by giving constitutional recognition to the National Commission for Backward Classes. Now any order made by this commission will be treated as a judicial order. He said that today a Social Representative Conference of the Backward Classes Front is being organized here so that the voices of the downtrodden and downtrodden people of the society can get a proper platform. He said that the Central and State Governments of the Bharatiya Janata Party are working to take everyone forward by connecting everyone with the basic mantra of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sabka Vishwas’. With this belief, a social conference has been organized connecting the Prajapati community.

The Chief Minister said that after 2014, whatever work has been done under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, is in front of everyone. The slogan of the previous governments that ruled the country and the state was, Sabka Saath Apni Parivar Ki Vishwas. Those governments wanted to take everyone along for their own development, but their vision never exceeded that of the family. Apart from the development of themselves and their own family, these governments did not have any concern about the society and the nation. This was the reason that the state went backward, unemployment increased in the state, a state of plight was created in the state, the state was thrown into the fire of riots.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launched a campaign of development in the last seven years to bring good governance to the country. Housing, toilets, electricity connections and free gas connections were provided to all the people of the country. Today 42 lakh houses have been provided by the state government in rural and urban areas under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana. After constructing two crores of 61 lakh poor toilets in the state, community toilets are being constructed in rural areas. The state government is supplying electricity continuously in all 75 districts of the state.

The Chief Minister said that the state government was committed to the interests of all sections. The Mati Kala Board was formed as soon as the Bharatiya Janata Party government was formed in the state in the year 2017. Through this board, respect is being given to the interests of the Prajapati class and their arts. He said that the earthen pot should be designed in such a way that your pot reaches every house and every family gets attached to it. He said that plastic causes disease. In addition, it pollutes the environment. The state government banned plastic so that pottery made by the Prajapati community could be promoted. Along with this, the state government has also made arrangements for the availability of free soil for Prajapati Samaj. To speed up the work of clay artisans. For this, electric and solar chalks have been provided to them.
The Chief Minister said that large scale shopping is done during festivals and festivals. It becomes the main source of income for the poor class and people working in cottage industries. Earthen pots, lamps and idols of Ganesh-Lakshmi are made by Prajapati Samaj. The commercial activities of the Prajapati community were reduced due to the idols imported from China and the policies of the previous governments. The Prajapati community was short of work. They were prohibited from taking soil from the ponds. As soon as the Bharatiya Janata Party government was formed, the Mati Kala Board was formed. Prajapati Samaj was given permission to take soil. There is creative art in the rites of the Prajapati community. This art was presented again in front of the society by the officials of the Mati Kala Board by going from village to village and raising it through training and other means.

The Chief Minister said that today idols imported from China have stopped coming. The idols made by the Prajapati community have started being used. Deepawali lamps are being made in different designs. He said that on the occasion of Deepotsav in Ayodhya in 2017, the state government was not able to get even 51 thousand lamps. The state government encouraged the making of lamps. This year 9 lakh lamps will be lit in Ayodhya. The state government will do the work of buying lamps only from the people of Prajapati Samaj of Ayodhya and its adjoining areas.
The Chief Minister said that the life cycle of the society works depending on each other. Today people belonging to the Prajapati community are joining this system and doing the work of self-reliance of the society through self-reliance. The economy of the state also gets attached to this life cycle. The respect and self-reliance of the state are also added. Prajapati community is a community associated with the art of the same soil.

The Chief Minister said that in 2015-16, poor students of the state were not getting scholarships. The present government has distributed scholarships worth Rs 627 crore to 30 lakh 61 thousand 85 thousand students of Purva Dasam in the last four years. In the year 2021-22, an amount of 08 crores 64 lakh has been distributed to 38375 students of other backward classes under the Poorvadasam scholarship scheme. An amount of Rs 175 crore has been kept reserved for scholarships for 08 lakh students because this time admission work in schools is being delayed in the state. Arrangements will be made to complete it by November 30, 2021. He said that in the post-graduate scholarship also, an amount of Rs 5378.75 crore scholarship and fee reimbursement has been made available to 69,18,683 students in the last four years directly in their accounts.
The Chief Minister said that 64 hostels for OBC students and 38 hostels for girl students are running in the state. Grant money is provided by the state government for the marriage of poor girls and girls belonging to backward classes. Also, through the Chief Minister’s mass marriage scheme, an amount of 51 thousand has been provided per marriage for the marriage of two and a half lakh girls.

The Chief Minister said that the festival of Diwali is about to come. For its preparation, the Mati Kala Board is working with full strength. Giving good wishes for Diwali to the people of the state, he expressed confidence that everyone would have an earthen lamp and an idol of Lakshmi-Ganesh would sit from house to house.
