Telangana State Public Service Commission is recruiting eligible candidates for Veterinary Assistant and Lab Technician in PV Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University. The recruitment is conducted to fill up the 09 vacant posts of Lab Technician and 13 posts of Veterinary Assistant. The application procedure for both the recruitment begins from July 28, 2020, onwards. Eligible candidates can submit their forms before August 17, 2020. Candidates who have passed 10th standard and possess 02 years Animal Husbandry / Poultry Polytechnic Diploma certificate of SVVU / PVNRTVU can apply for Veterinary Assistant. To submit forms against Lab Technician, a science degree i.e. BSC., (BZC-Botany, Zoology, Chemistry)/(MGC Microbiology, Genetics, Chemistry)/(BGC Botany, Genetics, Chemistry) is required. Besides, they must also possess a degree in Medical Lab Technology or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
The age of the eligible candidates is calculated as on July 01, 2020. Candidates should have attained the minimum age limit of 18 years. They must not exceed the upper age limit of 34 years. Relaxation on the upper age limit is provided to the reserved category. Refer to the official notification to know about the age relaxation and other relevant details.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications form by visiting the official website of TSPSC, tspsc.gov.in. Those who have not registered earlier have to fill the OTR application to get the TSPSC ID. Aspirants have to log in using the TSPSC ID and date of birth to proceed further. Each aspirant has to pay Rs. 280/- as the application fee. However, Telangana state candidates who belong to SC, ST, BC & PH, Unemployed applicants in the age group of 21 to 34 years category have to pay only Rs. 200/-. The TSPSC application fee should be paid through online mode only.
Candidates have to clear the written test, to get selected for both the posts. Candidates can get the scheme of examination, syllabus and other related information from the notification. The examination is expected to be organized at Hyderabad. The minimum qualifying marks for written examination for Other category is 40%, 35% for BC, SC, ST and 30% for PH.
After qualifying the written exam, the candidates are invited for the verification round. For this round, they have to carry Aadhar Card, Proof of Educational Qualifications, Date of Birth Certificate, School Study Certificate, Declaration by the Unemployed if applicable, No Objection Certificate from Employer, Community Certificate, and other relevant certificates. Candidates can check their marks obtained in the written examination online after the declaration of final results.
