Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE), as per reports, announced on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, stating that the first year admit cards are scheduled to release on April 01, 2021. Moreover, two intermediate first-year exams shall be conducted in the “work from home- assignment” format. The two exams are for the subjects – Ethics and Human Values and Environmental Education. Students are required to write a set of questions in the assignment format and submit it to their junior college principal from April 01 to 20, 2021. They can submit their assignment via three options – physically, registered post or mail.
TSBIE is scheduled to conduct the TS Intermediate 2021 theory exams from May 01, 2021 whereas the practical exams shall be conducted from April 07, 2021. Reports state that that exams for Ethics and Human Values and Environmental Education shall not be conducted in the conventional format. Instead, these exams shall be conducted in the work from home- assignment format.
Candidates have to answer a set of questions in the form of an assignment. After doing so, they must submit the document to the principal of their respective junior college. Candidates can submit their document physically, through registered post or via mail (in the pdf format). The timeline to do so is from April 01 to 20, 2021.
Authorities are scheduled to release the admit cards for first year students on April 01, 2021. Candidates can download their exam admit cards on the official website tsbie.cgg.gov.in. While submitting their assignment, candidates must mention their hall ticket number on the document, the official notification stated.
As per the reports, second year regular students who haven’t yet qualified for the exam can submit their assignment using their first year admit card number. Moreover, the previous-year private students can also appear for these exams using their old second year admit card number.
TS Inter 2021 practical exams are scheduled to begin from April 07, 2021. With schools closed again due to rising COVID-19 cases, students are ardently awaiting clarification by the board authorities. One local media report stated that schools are likely to reopen in the first week of April 2021. However, officials are yet to confirm these speculations.
As per sources, TSBIE is planning to hold the Inter 2021 exams as per the existing schedule. Again, no official notification has been released to further clarify these reports. The sudden closure of schools and education institutions in the state of Telangana has created panic among students and parents, alike. This sudden decision was taken by the government amidst rising COVID-19 cases in the state.
Some parents have launched complaints stating that students are finding it difficult in seeking online education and getting their doubts clarified. The confusion and speculations about the TS Inter 2021 exam dates is also adding to their concerns.
