TISSNET 2020 Admit Card Released @ tiss.edu; Exam on 04 Jan 2020

TISSNET Admit Card 2020 can be downloaded online at tiss.edu. No hard copy of it is sent to the candidates via post.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has released TISSNET 2020 admit card. Registered candidates can download it from tiss.edu. TISS National Entrance Test (TISSNET) is due to be held on January 04, 2020, from 02:00 PM to 03:40 PM.

The admit card has only been released online and it is a mandatory document for the exam day. To download it, candidates need to visit the official website and click on the “Admission” tab, available on the menu bar. Next, the candidates need to click the link for “view application”. In the next screen, a login portal will appear in which candidates need to provide email id and password. Now, click on the “login” button and take a print out of the admit card.

The admit card of TISSNET is to be carried as hard copy, along with a valid id proof. The id proof can be voter id card, aadhaar card, pan card, etc. Candidates have to carry it in original. Candidates with visual impairment are given an option to have a scribe to assist them to complete the test. The requirement to be a scribe is that they should be an undergraduate student and they also have to carry a valid id proof to the test.

Candidates who are not able to download their admit card should contact the authorities at TISS CARE: 022 – 2552 5252 or they can register a complaint online by sending a mail to [email protected]

The admit card contains not only personal details of the candidate but also exam details like exam date, reporting timings, address of the test centre, etc. Ensure that the details printed on it is correct, however, in case, if there is any discrepancy in the detail(s) on the admit card, then contact the concerned authorities immediately and get the error(s) if any rectified.

TISSNET is a computer-based test which is conducted for admission in MA programs at TISS campuses located at Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati, Hyderabad campuses and other centres locations like Chennai and Nagaland. The entrance exam is going to be conducted in 40 test cities located in different parts of the country. TISS introduced TISS Management Aptitude Test (TISS-MAT) in addition to TISSNET entrance exam. TISSMAT is to be taken by those candidates who applied for MA (HRM&LR) and / or MA (ODCL) programmes.

The selection of candidates is divided into three stages: Stage 1 is TISS-NET (TISS National Entrance Test), the score of which is to be used for appearing for Stage-2 which is PIT / PI (Pre-Interview Test and Personal Interview). Some of the programmes may have group discussions (GD) or aptitude test (AT) as part of PIT.
