The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Result on April 20, 2026, at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The final answer key was released before the result. A total of 15,38,474 unique candidates appeared across both sessions. 26 candidates scored 100 percentile in Session 2. Candidates can download their scorecards directly from jeemain.nta.nic.in or via DigiLocker.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Result has been declared. Candidates who have qualified can now prepare for JoSAA Counselling 2026, which is expected to begin on June 2, 2026 at josaa.nic.in. The JEE Advanced 2026 cutoff has also been released alongside the result. Results of 113 candidates have been withheld over unfair means and document discrepancies.
April 20, 2026 – Result Declared
NTA officially declared the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Result at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The final answer key had dropped 2 Physics questions, with bonus marks awarded to all candidates. 26 candidates scored 100 percentile; 5 female toppers were announced. JEE Main 2026 Session 2 provisional answer key was expected soon after the exam concludes. Candidates would get an objection window before final answer key and result declaration.

Candidates were anticipating the answer key release as NTA typically publishes it shortly after reviewing exam data from all shifts.
April 11, 2026 – Provisional Answer Key Released
NTA released the provisional JEE Main 2026 Session 2 answer key on April 11. Candidates were allowed to raise objections until April 13, 2026.
April 8, 2026 – Exam Concluded
JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam concluded. It was held on April 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2026 across India and abroad.
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Result is now declared. Candidates who qualified for JEE Advanced 2026 should check the JEE Advanced official website for further schedule. All others with valid JEE Main ranks can register for JoSAA Counselling 2026, beginning June 2, 2026.
