It will be held in the month of February and March 2019 respectively. So, the students are having 2 months for the preparation. So, our team is providing the tips and tricks to the students of class 10 to score high.
Preparation Strategy should be Made Subjectwise
The students are advised to make a schedule according to the subjects. The preparation strategy should be made different for the various subjects.
For Mathematics, the students must know the formulas. It is one of the most important factors for the exam. Initially, identify the problem and then recognize the rules to solve it. Then start the calculations. For this subject, it is very important to understand the concept. If the concept is clear then half of the problem would automatically be solved.
Science contains a vast syllabus. So, it is important for the students to Focus on three subjects of it i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology. For Physics, the CBSE board checks student’s preciseness in terms of solving problems either theoretical or practical. For Chemistry, the students should know and understand the equations. For each answer, students should write at least a relevant equation. Now coming to Biology, the candidates should draw the relevant diagrams in each answer. Students can also use colored pencils for it.
For English, the students are having three sections i.e. Section A, B, and C in the exam. The number of questions have been reduced from this session onwards. So, students should attempt all the questions and answer carefully.
Time Management
Time management is one of the most important factors for students. Candidates should complete passage question 1 and 2 in 20 minutes each. 20 minutes should be taken for the next two questions of Section B. Three questions of Grammer should be finished within 15 minutes. For Section C, two long answers should be completed within 10-15 minutes each. Other than this, five short answers should be done within 30 minutes. Candidates should complete one extract from the textbook in 10 minutes.
General Tips
As the general tips, the team suggests that the students should reach the exam centre 20-30 minutes before the reporting time. Write the information on the answer sheet correctly. The details filled on the answer sheet must be all correct. To highlight the answers, the students can use the highlighters. Use it to show the facts which you want to enhance. Leave necessary space between two answers. The students can use a line to separated the answers. Write the answer number correctly above every answer. Write answers with neat and clean handwriting.
