Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducting the GD Constable 2019 Exam. The SSC GD Constable 2019 Examination is scheduled to be conducted from February 11 to March 11, 2019. The examination will be conducted in multiple shifts. The computer-based test is the first stage of the selection process. In the online examination total, 100 objective types of questions will be asked.
In the SSC GD Constable 2019 examination questions related to general awareness, general intelligence, reasoning, english, hindi and mathematics subjects will be asked. The examination duration will be of 90 minutes and the language will bilingual (English and Hindi). For each correct answer, 1 marks will be awarded. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. In order to qualify the examination, the general, ex-servicemen, and SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates have to score a minimum of 35% and 33% cut off respectively.
Across for one month, the examination will be daily conducted in different shifts. So for addressing the inequality in difficulty levels of question papers, the scores of the candidates will be normalized by using the formula. SSC has decided the Normalization Formula.
SSC GD Constable 2019 Normalization Formula
After the few weeks of successful conduction of the examination SSC Constable Answer Key 2019 will be released at the official website i.e. ssc.nic.in. From the answer key candidates can estimate their scores and predict their chance of qualifying the examination. The final answer key will be taken into consideration for calculating the candidate’s scores.
After releasing of the final answer key few weeks later SSC GD Constable Result 2019 will be declared by the SSC at its 9 regional websites. The result will contain the name and roll number of qualified candidates. The candidates who will qualify the online examination those will be selected for the next round that is Physical Efficiency Test / Physical Standard Test (PET/PST). For the qualifiers, the online examination SSC GD Admit Card 2019 for PET/PST will be issued. The candidates who will qualify the second round those will be shortlisted for appearing in the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The candidates who will qualify each stage of examination those will be finally recruited for the applied post. Through the GD Constable Examination, SSC will recruit total 54,953 candidates.
