RRB JE Admit Card 2019 Releasing today, on 18 May!

RRB JE Admit Card Releasing Today

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will start the issuance of RRB JE Admit Card 2019 for CBT 1 on May 18, 2019. The admit cards will only be released online, in the official zonal website of 21 RRBs. To download it, candidates will have to access the official website of their RRB and access the login by entering application number and date of birth.

RRB Junior Engineer CBT 1 is scheduled to be held from May 22, 2019, onwards, and the RRB JE admit card is to release 4 days before each exam date. The admit card is an important document and has to be carried as a print copy on the exam day. Along with the admit card, the candidates will also have to carry one photo id proof and a passport size photograph.

The photo should be the same as that uploaded in the application form. Whereas, a valid id proof can be aadhaar card, PAN card, voter id card card, passport, driving license, employee id, college id, etc. The candidates need to carry the id in original.

For candidates of SC / ST category, travel pass is also available. Candidates generally refer to it as SC / ST pass and it allows free train journey to the exam city. The candidates have to download it and carry a print copy. During the journey, TT checks the pass and with it, candidates also have to show original caste certificate as well. The SC / ST Travel Pass is only valid to travel through sleeper class train.

The RRB JE CBT 1 is going to be of 90 minutes in which candidates need to answer a total of 100 questions. In the computer-based test, the questions will be pertaining to Mathematics, General Awareness, General Science, General Intelligence and Reasoning. The candidates belonging to PwD category will get 120 minutes for the test. To be eligible for stage 2 CBT, candidates need to obtain the cutoff marks in the CBT 1.

The RRB JE Selection Process involves three stages which are CBT 1, CBT 2, followed by the Document Verification. It is mandatory for the candidates to clear all the stages to be eligible for the final appointment. Candidates called for the document verification also need to pass the medical exam at the railway hospitals. Those who clear all the stages will be recruited on pay scale level 6 of the 7th CPC pay matrix with a basic salary of Rs. 35400 along with allowances.
