RRB Group D Admit Card 2018 available for 02 Nov exam; Admit Card and ID proof must to appear for the test

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the Group D Admit Card for November 02 exam. The candidates can download their admit card through online mode only. No printed admit card will be sent to the candidates through post. Candidates will also receive the notification about the availability of the admit card through the SMS or via email.

In order to download the RRB Group D Admit Card, you will have visit the official RRB regional websites. On the homepage of the RRB website, click on the link which says “Download RRB Group D E-Call Letter”. Once, you will click the link, an RRB Candidate Login page will appear on the screen. The candidates will have to enter details such as User Id and Date of Birth. To submit the details, click on the “Login” button. On submitting the login credentials, your admit card will be available on the screen. Download and take its print out to bring the same to the test center.

Railway Group D Admit Card Download

It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card at the time of appearing for the CBT. Otherwise, the candidates will not be allowed to do so. There are 62097 vacancies available for which the candidates will enroll in the examinations.

The admit card for RRB Group D Recruitment 2018, it will consist of the details such as the name of the candidate, Application Number, Candidate’s Signature, Photograph of the Candidates, Exam Centre Venue, Reporting Time, and Other Useful Information.

The Exam centre, date and shift mentioned on the call letter will be final and cannot be changed.

Along with the admit card, the candidates will have to carry at least one identity proof (original copy) with them at the time of going for the exam. The photo id is mandatory for the candidates to carry. The acceptable ID proof to be carried to the test center are Driver’s License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card. Along with these documents, one also need to carry a Passport size coloured photograph (35 mm × 45 mm)

At the bottom of the admit card, the candidates will have to write a self-declaration. So, the students will require to leave some space on the downloaded admit card below so that you can write a paragraph, do the signature and do left thumb impression. The candidates will have to do this at the time of appearing for the CBT in front of the invigilator at the examination hall only. Do not use the capital letters to write or to sign.

The candidates who had mentioned for the scribes in the application form will have to download the admit card for scribe also. RRB will disclose a separate RRB Group D Admit Card for scribes also. The candidate and the scribe both will have to sign the admit card. RRB will not allow the candidates to change the admit card at the examination centre. So, the candidate is responsible to ensure the availability of the scribe at the exam hall. However, in some special conditions, RRB would allow it. For every hour of examination, the scribe shall be eligible for the compensatory time of 20 minutes.

The SC/ST category candidates who had mentioned it in the application form will be given the facility of free traveling to appear for the examination. Those candidates will have to show the SC/CT certificate, the e-call letter, and the free travel pass authority.
