The Railway Recruitment Board has issued the admit card for RRB Group D CBT 2018. The candidates who will be appearing for the September 24, 2018 exam can download their admit card from the RRB official website. No candidate will receive their RRB Group D Admit Card 2018 by post or email. The Board will be conducting the Computer-based test from September 17 till December 14, 2018.
To download the RRB Group D Admit Card, the applicants need to visit the official website of the respective RRB for which they have applied for. Click on the link for “Download E-call letter” and a login page will appear on the screen. Next, the candidates need to enter details such as User ID and Date of Birth. Submit the login credentials and the admit card will be available on the screen.
It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the print out of the RRB Group D Admit Card to the exam center. After downloading the admit card, the candidates should check that the details printed on it are correct or not. If there is any error in it, the candidates should contact the concerned authorities immediately regarding this.
The RRB Group D Admit Card consist of details such as Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Category, Candidate’s Photograph, Reporting time, Exam date and timings, Venue of the examination, etc.
The Computer-based test will be conducted in three shifts. The reporting time for Shift 1 is 07:15 AM – 08:15 AM, for Shift 2 is 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM, for Shift 3 is 02:15 PM-03:15 PM.
Acceptable ID proofs are:
Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar, Driving License, PAN card, Passport, Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. Employee, School / College / University Photo ID card etc.
On the day of the examination, the candidates need to bring the print out of their admit card, a valid id proof, one passport size photograph of size 35mm x 45mm. If a candidate fails to produce any of these documents he/she will not be allowed to sit for the test.
Also, the candidates need to Sign and affix Left Thumb Impression at the venue of the CBT in the presence of the Invigilator at the Examination Hall. As per the notification released by the Board, it has been stated that the candidates do not need to write the Self-declaration on the RRB Group D Admit Card. Instead, the paragraph will be displayed on the computer screen before the start of the exam and candidate should write the same in the space provided in the e-call letter in the exam lab only.
