Government job aspirants who applied for RRB NTPC (CEN 01/2019) have received an email regarding RRB NTPC admit card 2020-2021, exam date, city intimation. They have received email from the id “rrb.chennai@mail.digialm.com”. The email says the following:

Candidates have been searching for RRB Chennai login for NTPC exam since last night, since they received this email. The official website of RRB Chennai is rrbchennai.gov.in. And the RRB NTPC login for RRB Chennai is chennai.rrbonlinereg.co.in. This is where the application status for Non Technical Popular Categories was also released.
However, the web page chennai.rrbonlinereg.co.in is not opening to a login page right now. Therefore either there will be a new web page for RRB NTPC e-call letter, exam date and city intimation. Or the web page will be updated soon.

A google search of the term RRB Chennai Candidate Login also shows rrbonlinereg.in/CBTDV0318/frmLogin.aspx – but this was the login for RRB JE CEN 03/2018. Another search result gives https://www.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1181/2685/login.html, which was earlier used for different RRB recruitment admit card logins. It may be used for RRB NTPC CEN 01/2019 call letter download, but that will be clear only when the notice for admit card with link is released.

Also, candidates must note that all of them need not go to RRB Chennai NTPC login to get their admit card. They have to visit their RRB website. For example RRB Ahmedabad candidates have to visit rrbahmedabad.gov.in, those from RRB Ajmer have to go to rrbajmer.gov.in, and so on.
This email conveys the user id and password of the candidates. Which is very helpful since the application form submission had happened in February 2019, which was a long time ago! And since then, many might have lost their user id and password, which would have been a problem while downloading admit card.
Ever since candidates have received the email, they are overjoyed. Finally, they can see some progress happening in their RRB NTPC recruitment process.
Also, it is now clear that the admit card or the e-call letter will be available soon. It may be noted that Railway Recruitment Boards had recently announced in a press meet that RRB NTPC exam will be held from December 28, 2020, to end of March 2021.
For the RRB NTPC CEN 01/20219, a total of 1.26 crore candidates have applied. They will all be competing against each other for 35,208 vacancies.
The first round of selection will be the Computer Based Test, which will have questions on general awareness, mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning
