Directorate School Education, Government of Haryana issued a notice on Friday, April 16, 2021, regarding the declaration of results of the annual examination for Classes 1 to 9 and 11. The notice specified the class along with the mode of result declaration and the date of result announcement. Once the results are declared, candidates can access their report card on the Avsar application. The notice further clarified that the class-wise and student wise report cards shall be available on the dashboard of school heads. These school heads include principals, headmasters, elementary school headmasters (ESHM), etc.
According to the official notice, offline marks shall be entered on the MIS/SAT portals and subsequently, results shall be declared as per the decided schedule. This system shall be applicable for students of standards 1 to 9 and 11.
Final exam results for students of Class 1 and 2 shall be declared through telephonic mode on April 23, 2021. Class 3 and 4 students can access their results on the Avsar app on April 24, 2021. Students of standards 5 and 6 can check their final examination results on the Avsar application on April 26, 2021. On April 27, 2021, results for class 7 and 8 shall be made available on the same application.
Class 9 and 12 results shall be declared through the offline mode on April 30, 2021. According to the notice, the last date to enter the marks on the SAT portal is April 20, 2021, for students of Class 1 to 8. For students of Class 9 and 11, the last date to enter the marks on the SAT portal is April 26, 2021.
The official notice also carried instructions for all the district education officers, district elementary education officers and block elementary education officers. They are instructed to upload entries of offline exams on the SAT portal available on MIS. Furthermore, school heads must ensure that all entries of offline final exam taken at the school level must tally with those uploaded on the SAT/MIS portal. Any mistakes regarding this shall be deemed serious by the authorities.
Students were further informed that all information uploaded on the SAT portal shall be exported to the Avsar application. Moreover, the individual student report cards shall be made available “student dashboard” section of the application. Along with this, class-wise and student wise report cards shall be available on the dashboard of various school heads. Subsequently, all schools shall issue physical report cards to their students. This must be done after entering the results in the school records.
