The Board of Secondary Examination, Rajasthan has conducted the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) 2021 today. The examination was held in two shifts. While the first shift took place from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, the second shift was held from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. In the first shift, the Level II paper was conducted and in the second shift, the Level I paper was held. Since the REET 2021 examination has concluded, it’s time to take a look at the analysis, question paper and answer keys of both shifts.
As per the candidates, the overall difficulty level of the REET 2021 examination was moderate. While some questions were tough, they could attempt most of them. Candidates have commented that the Sanskrit paper was tough while Hindi was easy. They found the General Knowledge portion to be somewhat okay. According to experts, questions from teaching methods were extremely easy. Contrary to the aspirants, they were of the opinion that the Sanskrit paper was sufficiently easy.
The Level I of REET 2021 that was conducted in the second shift is for classes 1 to 5. It comprises five sections in which each section has 30 questions. On the other hand, the Level II is for classes 6 to 8. In this level, there are four sections out of which the first three sections comprise of 30 questions each. However, the fourth section is choice-based depending on whether the candidate wants to teach mathematics and science or social studies or any other subject.
The question papers and answer keys of REET 2021 are now available on various social media platforms and You Tube. To get access to the question papers, simply type REET 2021 question paper and go through the videos that appear thereafter. Alternatively, some of these channels also provide the PDF copies of the question paper. So, check out their video description and see where one can find the question papers.
Ad per the marking scheme for REET 2021, the total number of questions in both levels I and II is 150. Each question will carry 01 mark and thus the maximum marks for each level of examination is 150. Please note that there is no negative marking in REET 2021. So far, the official answer keys are not yet available on the official site. However, soon after the completion of the examination, coaching institutes and subject experts have posted unofficial answer keys and analyses of REET 2021. Based on these answer keys and question paper analysis, students can calculate the total marks out of 150 by following the marking scheme stated above.
