The Odisha Staff Selection Commission has released the OSSC JE Answer Key 2021 on its official website, ossc.gov.in. The commission has released the answer key for the Junior Engineer examination held on August 19, 2021. The candidates can use the answer key to calculate their probable marks scored in the JE exam. Additionally, candidates who find any error or wrong answer in the OSSC JE Answer Key 2021 can object against the same by August 28, 2021.
The candidates can use the steps provided below to check and download the OSSC Junior Engineer Answer Key 2021:
Step 1: First, the candidates have to visit the official page of the commission i.e. ossc.gov.in.
Step 2: Next, they need to find the Model Answer Key 2021 for JE Civil under the What’s New section available on the homepage.
Step 3: Thereafter, the candidates have to click on the link “Click here to view the Model Answer Key”.
Step 4: Once this is done, the candidate has to enter their Roll number, date of birth and choose the course from the drop-down menu, captcha code and hit the Login button.
Step 5: The answer key applicable to the aforesaid exam will be available on the next page. The candidates can save a copy of the OSSC JE Answer key 2021 for future reference.
The candidates have to download the OSSC JE Answer key and then cross-check the same with their response sheet. Next, to calculate the probable score, the candidates have to use the marking scheme applicable for the Junior Engineer (Civil). They need to add 1 mark for each correct answer. At the same time, the candidates have to deduct 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Upon final calculation, the candidates can get their probable marks scored in the written examination of OSSC JE.
As per the official notice released by the commission, the candidates can object to wrong answers available in the OSSC JE answer key only till August 28, 2021. For doing so, they need to log in to the official website with their credentials i.e. DOB and Roll number. The candidates have to initially register themselves on the website. After this, they have to specify the question against which the candidates wish to raise objections. It is also necessary that they attach relevant documents that support their objections. The authorities will go through the representation made by the candidates and post this the commission will release the final answer key.
