Today i.e. on July 03, 2018, the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Odisha has released the first round selection merit list. This merit list has been released online and for admission into DHE +3 for all Odisha colleges including self-financing (degree) colleges. To check the merit list the official website of DHE is to be accessed which is dheodisha.gov.in and samsodisha.gov.in.
As per the data available on the website of DHE, there are 985 total Degree Colleges. For which, 2,75,385 students have applied online for admission. In the first phase 1,88,960 students will take admission including 1,14,331 in arts stream, 19,753 in commerce stream and 54,876 in science stream.
To check the merit list candidates have to visit the official website and select all the required fields like College Type, District, College, Stream and Subject. After that, the DHE +3 merit list 2018 will appear on the screen. Candidates can check their name on the list and can download the list for future references.

Now after the declaration of the merit list, selected candidates can take admission in colleges from July 4 to 7. Whereas, the second phase merit list will be released on July 11 for which admission process will be done on July 12 and 13. The classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin on July 16, 2018.
From 16 to 18 July, Common Application Form (CAF) will be available in offline mode for admission in vacant seats if any. The Cut-off mark for off-line admission will be 03 marks below the cut-off mark of the second round all categories. In case SC/ST students are not available, such seats can be allotted to general students as per general cut-off mark. On July 19, 2018, merit list for vacant seat admission will be published and admission of the selected applicants & data updation will be completed by July 21, 2018.
The application process for the DHE +3 admissions began online. Candidates who had filled and submitted the Common Application (CAF) between 12 to 26 June 2018 can check the DHE +3 merit list 2018 now.
