Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) has concluded the OAVS exam today, March 04, 2022. The exam was conducted for a duration of two hours, from 10 am to 12 pm across different centers in the state. The examination was held to recruit eligible candidates for admission in classes 6, 7, 8, and 9 in the schools situated in Odisha state. Questions from Odia, Maths, English, Science, and Social Sciences were asked and were available in English and Odia script only. Candidates who get successfully selected in the exam shall be called for the subsequent interview round. It is expected that the board shall announce the official answer key soon on the official website, oav.edu.in.

Now, as the examination is over, candidates can check out the answer key for the written examination released by teachers and educationists. The answer keys are available on the Youtube channel of the respective coaching classes. Candidates can simply check and download the same and tally the marks scored in the examination. OAVS Answer Key 2022 – how to check?
The candidates have to simply download the answer key and then use the marking scheme released by the board earlier to calculate the marks scored in the exam. The process involves tallying the answers marked in both the answer key and OMR response sheet. After this, the candidates can use the formula mentioned below to make the calculation of the marks easy:

Candidates whose marks is more than the prescribed qualifying marks shall be called for the counseling round before the final admission. OAVS is an initiative of the Odisha government in which candidates are provided admission to English medium schools at no cost. These schools offer 50% of the seat reservation for girls students. After the result are announced for the OAVS exam, the board releases a seat matrix for the schools listed in this admission for final admission.
