Madhya Pradesh (MP) National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2019-2020 was conducted today. After the exam, now, MP NTSE answer key 2019-2020 is available. Resonance and Allen institutes have published the answer keys for MAT as well as SAT papers at resonance.ac.in, and allen.ac.in.
Students who appeared in the state level talent search exam can visit the websites of Resonance, Allen, or any other individual or institute who has issued answer keys. At the website of the former, one has to simply click “NTSE Stage-1 2019 Answer Key & Solutions are available” and then click the state specific MAT, SAT link. Whereas on the website of the latter, click “NTSE 2020 (Stage 1) Answer Key & Paper Solutions are now available” and then click link of MAT or SAT of the state.
The main purpose here, for the student, is to get an idea of how well they have performed. By checking against the answer keys a student can predict his or her NTSE score.
For every correct answer, students get one mark. There is no negative marking either for incorrect answer or unattempted question. It is necessary to get at least 40% in each paper for candidates belonging to general, OBC, EWS category, and 32% in the case of SC and ST. Only such students will be considered for qualifying the exam. However not all with as many marks will be selected for the next round, only the top 530 will.
Other that Resonance and Allen also few other coaching centres have released their answer keys and solutions. Few have also come up with video solutions. Then there are individual teachers and educators also who have done the same. Students can refer any, for an immediate reference. However it may be noted that these are unofficial and may vary from the official one.
If the official exam conducting body decides to release official answer keys, then they will be available at mponline.gov.in. As and when that happens, the document is anticipated to be made available by a simple download, without the need for any login.
The exam was held today in two sessions. First, from 10 am to 12 noon, MAT was conducted. And then from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm, SAT was organized. The exam was held in 51 districts of the state.
