Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited (NLC India Limited) is inviting applications to fill up 75 vacancies for ITI apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act 1961. A detailed recruitment notification is published in this regard at the official website i.e. nlcindia.com. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the recruitment by filling up the online registration form at the aforementioned website. The online registration window is open since August 25, 2020. The last date to register and apply for the recruitment is September 10, 2020. However, the online application form can be printed until September 17, 2020.
As per the recruitment notification, 75 vacancies are available altogether. The vacancies are available for various ITI trades and other disciplines. There are 20 vacancies available for the trade of Fitter fresher. 20 vacancies are also available for the post of Electrician fresher. In addition, 20 vacancies are also available for the post of Welder fresher. Vacancies are also available for the posts of MLT Pathology and MLT Radiology. There are 10 vacancies available for the post of Medical Lab Technician Pathology while 05 vacancies are available for the post of Medical Lab Technician Radiology.
Candidates must note that the vacancies are to be filled up for the indicated period of time. For the posts of Fitter and Electrician, the duration of training is 02 years. However, for all the other advertised posts, the duration of training is for a period of 15 years. Selected candidates are to be paid monthly stipend of Rs 8766 during the first year while the stipend thereafter is Rs 10,019.
Candidates must ensure that they read the official recruitment notification available at the website of the NLC and comply with the specified minimum eligibility conditions. The minimum age of the applicants must be at least 14 years as on June 01, 2020. Candidates who have passed Class 10th in the academic years 2018, 2019 and 2020 are eligible to apply for the trades of Fitter, Electrician and Welder. On the other hand, those who have passed Class 12th in the Science Stream are eligible to apply for the post of Medical Lab Technician Pathology and Medical Lab Technician Radiology.
