National Institute of Technology, Calicut has released a recruitment notification advertising non-teaching posts. The recruitment is for Health Centre, R & C Post, Central Library, Engineering Unit, Campus Networking Centre, Central Computing Centre and Academic Departments. 127 vacancies are announced by NIT Calicut. The application link for this recruitment was activated on July 20, 2020. Eligible candidates can submit their forms before August 05, 2020, by 05:00 PM. Aspirants are recruited on contractual basis. Aspirants who are shortlisted for Resident Medical Officer receives Rs. 75,000/- per month, Pharmaceutical Assistant and Lab Technician gets Rs. 17,875/-, Project Technical Assistant, Project Office Assistant, Computer Assistants, Technical Assistant gets Rs. 15,125/-. Shortlisted candidates under Library Assistant, Technical Assistants (Project Digital Library), Project Hardware Technician and Project Junior Network Technician gets Rs. 16,500/-, Project Network Technician gets Rs. 18,150/- and Technical Assistant (CCC) and Technical Staff receives Rs. 13,750/- per month.
Those who are shortlisted under this recruitment are recruited on temporary/contractual basis. Resident Medical Officer are recruited for 01 years whereas others are shortlisted for 11 months,

To apply for Resident Medical Officer (Male), candidates must have MBBS degree. Candidates who have acquired a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology are eligible for the post of Lab Technician (Clinical). Those who have passed 10+2 with Science and have 02 years Diploma/Bachelors in Pharmacy can apply for Pharmaceutical Assistant (Male). To apply for Project Technical Assistant, Project Network Technician, Project Hardware Technician, Technical Assistant, candidates must have 03 years Diploma/BE/B.Tech in engineering. Master’s degree in relevant subjects is required for Library Assistant, Computer Assistant, and Technical Assistant.
