NIMCET 2021 Registration Started – Know Steps To Apply, Fees, Last Date

NIT-Raipur is scheduled to conduct NIMCET 2021 on May 23, 2021 and the last date to register for the exam is April 07, 2021.

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Raipur has begun the registration process for the NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2021 from today i.e., March 11, 2021. Interested candidates can register for the examination on the official website i.e., nimcet.in. The last date for submitting the application form is April 07, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. NIT-Raipur is scheduled to conduct the examination on Sunday, May 23, 2021, through online mode. The exam shall be organised at allotted centres from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Candidates can register for NIMCET 2021 only through the online mode on the official website nimcet.in. Firstly, they must click on the ‘New Registration’ option and enter their valid email ID and mobile number. After submitting these details, candidates shall receive a link on their given email IDs which will help them access a webpage to set their password. After this, they must enter their email ID and password to login to the website.

The next step includes filling the application form with all the mandatory personal and education details. Candidates must also select the three test centres in the order of preference. Moreover, educational details such as the acquired grades and marks must also be entered as mentioned in their mark sheets,

Candidates are also required to upload relevant documents during the NIMCET 2021 application process. These documents include photograph, proof of identity, signature, proof of date of birth and category/caste certificate if applicable. A PwD certificate (self-attested and scanned) must also be uploaded by the candidate if applicable.

After filling the application form and uploading the necessary documents, candidates have to pay the registration fee. Candidates must go to the Payment gateway and pay the required fee according to their category. Candidates belonging to Open/Open-EWS/OBC categories are instructed to pay Rs.2500 as an application fee. On the other hand, SC, ST, PwD category candidates must pay Rs.1250 as an application fee during the NIMCET application process.

Authorities have instructed the aspirants to pay their application fee only through the online mode using the official website nimcet.in. After the candidate successfully completes the payment formalities, the page shall show the ‘Finally Submit’ option. By clicking this option, candidates shall see a pdf version of their complete application form.

Candidates must note that the application form pdf shall contain the unique ‘Application Registration Number’. Moreover, this is the final version of the document. Applicants are advised to download or print a copy of the application form for future reference. They are also advised to keep a note of the application registration number. NIMCET 2021 is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2021, and the last date to register for the exam is April 07, 2021.
