The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2021 will be conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) on September 11, 2021. As of now, the conducting body has not announced any official date for releasing the admit cards for the upcoming exam. This now leaves the candidates with some apprehension since NEET PG 2021 is becoming imminent.
According to the official Information Bulletin, NEET PG 2021 was scheduled to be held on April 18, 2021 while the admit cards were issued on April 12, 2021, i.e. 06 days prior to the examination date. Keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation in the country, the examination had to be postponed. Moreover, NBE also announced that the already issued admit cards stand invalid. In 2020, the NEET PG examination was held on January 05, 2021 and the admit cards were made available to download from December 31, 2019 onwards. Thus, the difference between both the dates is 05 days.
Hence, even this time, candidates are likely to receive the admit cards at least five days before the examination, i.e. from September 06, 2021 onwards. To download the admit cards once they are released, candidates have to visit nbe.edu.in and click on ‘NEET-PG 2021’ among other options. Then, click on the ‘Applicant Login’ button under the ‘Links’ tab. Candidates have to provide login details like user ID and password and find the admit cards on the dashboard.
Meanwhile, students should keep an eye on the official website nbe.edu.in to get every update regarding the NEET PG 2021 admit cards. NBE will inform about the date and time of releasing the same. Once released, the admit cards will be available on the same website. Admit cards for candidates who are found ineligible will not be issued. NBE will also send SMSs and emails to the candidates regarding the availability of the NEET PG 2021 admit cards. Please note that no admit card will be sent to the candidate via post or email.
Candidates after downloading their admit cards must affix their latest passport-sized photograph on the provided space. The photograph must have a minimum size of 35×45 mm and not larger than the box provided. The admit cards will contain the venue of the test and students have to report at the venue as per the informed time slot.
The upcoming NEET PG 2021 examination will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. This year, more than 1.7 lakh candidates have registered for the exam. As many as 800 test centres around the country have been prepared to conduct NEET PG 2021.
