National Testing Agency is going to release the NEET 2021 result soon on the official website, nta.ac.in. Several experts and media houses are expecting the result of the NEET 2021 exam to be out by October 30, 2021. However, as of now, there is no official word from the official sources.
While awaiting the NEET 2021 result, we have compiled the result data as released by the NTA for the years 2019 and 2020. As per the statistics notice released by NTA, around 1597435 candidates registered for NEET 2020 out of which 1366945 appeared and 771500 cleared the exam. While if check the 2019 statistics, then we can see that 1519375 candidates registered for the exam, out of which 1410755 appeared and 797042 qualified for the exam.
NTA has also mentioned the qualifying status based on the different categories for both 2019 and 2020. Check out the table below to get a complete idea:

From the following table, it is evident that the maximum number of candidates who appeared and cleared the exam were from the OBC category in both years.
If we go through the NEET statistics that depicts the percentage of candidates who have registered for the exam based on their language. Then, we can see that the maximum number of candidates have opted for the English and Hindi category i.e. 91.14% in 2019 and 91.88% in 2020. While regional languages accounted for merely 08.86% of registrations in 2019 and 8.12% of registrations in 2020.

With the percentile table mentioned, we can check that the maximum number of candidates from the unreserved categories have managed to score marks within the 701-134 range in 2019 and 720-147 range in 2020. While the ST (PWD) category was the category that has the least number of candidates who were able to score the 40th percentile in both years.
