The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the admit cards for the upcoming NEET PG 2021 examination yesterday, i.e. September 06, 2021. The NEET PG 2021 examination is going to be held on September 11, 2021. In addition to the admit card, NBE has also issued E-PASS on nbe.edu.in. It is essential to carry the E-PASS on the examination day so that the candidates can travel smoothly to and from the examination centres.

The E-PASS for NEET PG 2021 examination is attached with the admit card. Hence, to get access to the same, candidates have to first download the admit cards. Take a look at these steps:

Step 1- Go to nbe.edu.in and click on the NEET-PG 2021 option

Step 2- Next, click on ‘Applicant Login’ under the ‘Links’ category

Step 3- In the new window that will open, enter details like user ID and password and then click on the ‘Login’ button

Step 4– Click on the ‘Admit card’ button on the dashboard. Read the details and press the ‘Download Admit Card’ button.

After downloading the admit cards, one will see that it comes along with the E-PASS. It is clearly mentioned that as per the orders of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India, the NEET PG 2021 admit card should be considered as an E-PASS. This is to ensure a smooth movement of the admit card bearer for the purpose of appearing for the NEET PG 2021 examination. Note that the validity of the E-PASS will be from September 10, 2021 to September 12, 2021.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis in the country, there are still some areas that have travel restrictions. Hence, with the possession of the NEET PG 2021 admit card along with the E-PASS, a candidate can easily travel to and from their respective examination centres. Every candidate must carry the admit card containing the E-PASS on the examination day, without fail.

However, the admit card clearly specifies the reporting time by which the candidate has to reach the examination centre. In the picture of an admit card attached above, one can see that the reporting time for the examination is 7:00 AM. Besides that, the entry closure time which is 8:30 AM has also been mentioned. This means that the candidate will not be allowed entry after 8:30 AM under any circumstances. The examination will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Prior to the examination date, the candidate will also be intimated about the time slot via email and SMS. In that case, they can acquaint themselves with the location of the examination centre beforehand.
