Nainital Bank Limited, Uttarakhand is accepting offline applications to fill up 30 Specialist Officer vacancies. The Bank has advertised the vacancies in a recent employment notice published at the official website i.e. nainitalbank.co.in. Candidates having the minimum educational qualifications and complying with other terms and conditions can apply on the prescribed proforma available with a detailed recruitment advertisement. Applications need to be sent by Registered/Speed post only and the last date of receipt of applications is July 21, 2020.
The Bank has advertised vacancies for the post of Chartered Account (03), Credit Officer (20), Risk Officer (01), Marketing Officer (04), Law Officer (01), and Planning Officer (01). Candidates who are between 22 to 32 years of age are eligible to apply for the posts. For the post of CA, candidates need to have completed ACA or FCA qualification from ICAI. Candidates having full-time B.Com/M.Com degree with 60% marks are eligible to apply for the post of Credit Officer. In order to apply for the post of Risk Officer, one must have a full-time degree of MBA (Finance) or a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with 60% marks. Candidates having a full-time MBA (Marketing) degree can apply for the post of Marketing Officer while those having 3/5 years of a professional law degree with 60% marks can apply for the post of Law Officer. For the post of Planning Officer, candidates having an MBA in Finance or MA in Economics are eligible to apply given they secured a minimum of 60% marks.
The appointment of selected candidates will be done on the same pay level of Specialist Officer for all posts except Risk Officer G/S-II. Chartered Accountant, Credit Officer, Risk Officer G/S-I, Marketing Officer, Law Officer, and Planning Officer post holders will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs. 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 plus
Special Allowance @ 7.75%. However, Risk Officer G/S-II post holders will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs. 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 plus Special Allowance @ 7.75%. However, candidates selected for appointment are required to sign an indemnity to serve for a period of 2 years. The bond amount is Rs 2 lacs.
Eligible applicants are to be selected through personal interviews conducted by the Bank. However, the bank may also conduct a written exam depending upon the number of applications. Candidates shortlisted for the interview, upon qualifying, will be informed through a merit list prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the interview. Candidates scoring the same marks will be ranked in descending order of age. If a written test is conducted, the marks of the same will be used for the compilation of the merit lists.
