Nainital Bank has released an official notification to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officers and Clerks. A total of 155 vacancies are announced for the said posts. Aspirants who are interested in the recruitment can download Nainital Bank notification from its official website, i.e. nainitalbank.co.in. Online registrations for the same starts from today i.e August 29, 2020. Eligible and interested candidates who wish to build their career in Nainital Bank can submit online forms by September 15, 2020.
As per Nainital Bank notification 2020, 75 vacancies are announced for Probationary Officer and 80 vacancies are out for Clerks post. Those who are selected as Bank PO and Clerk have to serve a bond period of 02 years. Probationary Officers receives a pay scale of Rs. 23700 -980/7- 30560- 1145/2- 32850- 1310/7- 42020 and Clerks gets salary under a pay scale of Rs. 11765- 655/3- 13730- 815/3- 16175- 980/4- 20095- 1145/7 28110-2120/1-30230-1310/1-31540.
Before applicants proceed with the online registration and application procedure, we suggest them to go through the eligibility criteria once. To apply for Probationary Officer, candidates must have completed full-time graduation/ post-graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. Those who are applying for Clerks post should have full-time graduation. post-graduation degree with at least 45% marks. Moreover, candidates should have sound knowledge of computer operations. Post qualification experience as on August 31, 2020, is mandatory. Aspirants with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in banking/ financial/institutions/ NBFCs are prefered.

The application procedure can only be completed in three major steps – application registration, payment of fees and documents scan and upload. No other mode of application form submission is accepted. Also, candidates are advised to be ready with the scanned copy of the photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression and hand declaration. These documents should be uploaded as per the specifications mentioned in the Nainital Bank notification. Candidates applying for PO post have to pay Rs. 2000/- and Clerks have to pay Rs. 1500/- as application fee through online mode.
The selection for this recruitment is conducted through the online examination and interview. A computer-based test is conducted for the Proabtinery Officer and Clerk post. The online exam comprises of 200 questions carrying 200 marks. Aspirants must refer to the Nainital Bank notification 2020 to know more about the scheme of examination and syllabus. Moreover, there is a provision of negative marking, 0.25 marks get deducted for every incorrect answer. The result for the online examination is uploaded on the Nainital Bank website. Those who are selected for the interview round have to carry original documents for the verification of the educational qualification, age and others.
