Maharashtra Pradnya Shodh Pariksha (MPSP) is a unique project undertaken by Shree Samarth Shaikshanik Sanstha located in Mumbai. MPSP scholarship is conducted for classes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7. Today, on March 28, MPSP Result 2018 for scholarship has been announced at mpsp.co.in. However, the result sheets and certificates will be issued to the participating schools in the month of June 2018.

Granting scholarship to the meritorious students is one of the finest ways to motivate and encourage young generation. This exam has been held in each district as per the allocation of centers and availability of co-ordinators. It is decided that the exam will be held on the third Sunday in the month of January in each year & the date of examination and the time table will be declared from time to time to all the schools that will participate in this test.
The minimum set of requirement that a candidate has to fulfill in order to be eligible for this test is that the candidate should be studying in Std II, III, IV, VI and Std VII in any Recognised school with S.S.C. pattern. A particular student can appear for Maharashtra Pradnya Shodh Pariksha (MPSP) test for the class only in which he/she is studying during the academic year, even if his age permits for the lower class.
The age limit for class II is upto 7 years of age. For class III, it is upto 8 years of age. However, candidates upto 9 years of age can give the test for class IV. Also, for class VI, candidates upto 11 years of age are eligible and for class VII, aspirants upto 12 years of age will be permitted to give the test.

The medium of this test is in English, Marathi and Semi-English. For class 2, only paper 1 will be conducted which will be based on Mathematics. Total marks of the paper will be 100 and 1 hour will be alotted to the candidates to finish the test. For class 3,4,6 & 7, two papers, namely paper 1 and paper 2 will be conducted wherein paper 1 will contain subjects of Language and Maths and paper 2 will have subjects of English or Marathi & Intelligence. Maximum marks will be 150 for both the papers. 25 questions of 50 marks will be asked from the first subject of each paper and 50 questions of 100 marks will be asked from the 2nd subject of each paper. 90 minutes will be the duration of each paper.
