Last year overview and statistics
MPBSE authorities conducted the Class 12 board exams last year in the offline mode despite the first wave of COVID-19 pandemic. 8.5 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board exams out of which 68.1% of students passed the exam. Female students outperformed the male students. However, the pass percentage for both genders went down. Also, for the first time, board authorities announced the Class 10 and 12 results separately.
This year, several education boards passed all students and evaluated them based on alternate methodology. The same is expected to happen in case of the MP Board. Authorities are expected to pass all students. Therefore, this year’s pass percentage can increase by a landslide compared to last year. More clarity on the same shall be given on July 29, 2021, i.e., the result day.
