Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has deferred the dates of Manipal entrance test (MET) 2020 until further notice. With the exam dates, the dates of slot booking have been also postponed. It has been notified that the new dates will be announced shortly.
MET 2020 was supposed to be held from July 24 to 27 and August 4 to 7, 2020. The varsity will hold the exam for admission in B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral Entry), B.Pharm / PharmD, M.Tech, M.E, M.Pharm / PharmD Post Baccalaureate, and M.Phil Clinical Psychology courses.
The exam will be held in an online (computer-based) test mode. Using the slot booking facility all registered candidates will be able to book their preferred exam slots to appear for the exam. On completion of the slot booking process, the candidates will be able to download the admit card to appear for the test.

Admission for the session 2020-21 is going on at Manipal University. The University offers 350+ programs in 31 disciplines. To apply for the course of their choice candidates can fill and submit the online application forms available at manipal.edu. Admission forms for most of the courses are not available anymore, but in few courses the online forms are still active.
Admission in Manipal is offered based on national level entrance exam scores / MET scores / MET+departmental test scores / only departmental test scores. The admission channel must be identified by the candidates while applying for the course and accordingly, they have to follow the admission process.
The application process for courses where admission is based on MET 2020 ended on June 30, 2020.
MET is held at a national level for admission in various UG, PG, and Super Specialty courses offered by MAHE. The students have to appear in the exam in the online mode only. The exam is held over multiple days and times. MET toppers are also offered scholarships based on their scores and ranks. Some scholarships that are offered are Freeship, Scholar and Achiever Scholarships for BTech, Freeship, Scholar and Achiever Scholarships for BPharm, Merit Scholarship for MD, and MDS Programs, Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for B.Sc. Nursing students and more.
