Maharashtra Postal Circle Recruitment 2020 for 1371 vacancies notification out! Apply from 5 Oct

Maharashtra Postal Circle in inviting applications for the recruitment of Postman/ Mail Guard and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) before November 05, 2020.

Department of Posts, India has advertised 1371 vacancies for Maharashtra Postal circle. Candidates interested in the recruitment can apply for Postman/ Mail Guard and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). The online registrations for Maharashtra postal circle start from October 05, 2020 onwards. The last date to apply for Maharashtra Postal Circle is November 05, 2020. Download the detailed notification with Notification No. ADR/Rectt/DR/PM-MG/MTS/2015-16 & 2016-17 from maharashtrapost.gov.in.

The vacancies that are announced are of Postman/ Mail Guard in postal divisions/ Railway Mail Service Division & Multi Tasking Staff in Postal Divisions/ Railway Mail Service Divisions/ Administrative Offices and other units. Aspirants will be recruited under Postman/ Mailman post with a monthly salary of Rs. 21700/- to Rs. 69100/-. Those who are recruited as Multi Tasking Staff gets Rs. 18000/ to Rs. 56900/-.

Maharashtra Postal Circle Recruitment 2020 Notification

To apply, aspirants must be eligible for the announced post. The vacant of Postman and Mail Guard is announced for 12th pass candidates. They should also have a working knowledge of computer and local language. Moreover, candidates should have studied the Marathi language at least up to 10th standard. They should also have a working knowledge of the local languages. Moreover, candidates should have studies Marathi language at least up to 10th standard.

Other than the educational qualification, candidates have to ensure that they meet the age limit as well. The minimum age limit for all the posts is 18 years. However, the upper age limit varies from post to post. The maximum age limit for Postman and Mailguard is 27 years. Those who are applying for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Administrative Offices) and MTS (Sub Ordinate Office) have to ensure that their age does not exceed the upper age limit of 25 years. Aspirants are suggested to read the notification once to know about the reservation criteria age relaxation and others.

Applicants can register themselves for the recruitment by visiting https:/dopmah20.onlineapplicationform.org/MHPOST/. The online application link will activate from October 05, 2020, at 10:00 AM onwards. Applicants can submit their forms for more than a post if they fulfil the eligibility criteria. While submitting the form, unreserved/ EWS/ OBC (Male) and Transman also have to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/-. Other candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ Women/ Transwomen/ PWD category have to pay Rs. 100/- as the application fee.

Selection is based on the direct recruitment test. Candidates have to appear for the written test for which the schedule will be out soon. The written exam will take place for 100 marks with a duration of 90 minutes. Aspirants can check the pattern and syllabus for the same in the notification. Thereafter, the qualifying candidates are called for Paper-II which is the translation and writing examination. Paper-II is followed by Paper III. The last stage that is Paper III is a skill test that is conducted for 40 marks.
