Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the date sheet for HSC CLass 12 board exams for the academic year 2021-22. The date sheet has been uploaded in PDF format on the official website mahahsscboard.in. The state board has, in fact, uploaded two date sheets – one for general students and the other for vocational students. So, Class 12 students are advised to check the appropriate date sheet for the detailed date schedule.
Earlier this month, MSBSHSE confirmed that Class 12 board exams for the ongoing academic year shall take place in the offline mode. This cleared out all speculations and doubts about the exam format. In fact, this clarification confirmed that board exams will be conducted across the state. Unlike last year, when the Class 10 and 12 final exams were canceled due to the second wave of COVID-19.
Days after the clarification, MSBSHSE has released the Class 12 Board Exams 2022 date sheet for both general and vocational students. Accordingly, for both sections, board exams are scheduled to begin from March 04, 2022, with the English Language. They will be held for a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
In the Class 12 Board Exams 2022 date sheet, it is evident that exams will be held in one of the two shits – Shift 1 from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm or Shift 2 from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The last exam for General Students is scheduled for March 30, 2022, for the Sociology subject. Even Vocational students have their Sociology paper on March 30, 2022, in the afternoon session. However, the latter is applicable for eligible Divyang candidates.

All Class 12 Board Exams 2022 will be conducted in offline mode. However, two subjects will be held through the online mode, for the general section students. These subjects are – 1. Information Technology, and 2. General Knowledge. The former will be held on March 31 and April 01 to 04, 2022, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The latter will be conducted from April 01 to 05, 2022, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. All general students are advised to take note of these two subject exams along with the offline tests.
