The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has declared the Maharashtra HSC Results on the official website i.e. mahresult.nic.in. Around 14 lakh candidates who were awaiting their 10+2 result can now check the same using the Roll Number and Mother’s First Name. The result was earlier scheduled to be declared on July 31, 2021, while it was later postponed to August 02, 2021, citing floods in Konkan and western Maharashtra.
For the MSBSHSE Class 12th result 2021, Konkan emerged as the division with the highest percentage i.e. 99.81. The overall pass percentage for the 2021 session is 99.63%. Whereas, the Commerce stream has a maximum pass percentage of 99.91% while the pass percentage of the Science and Arts stream was recorded at 99.45% and 99.83% respectively.
The Maharashtra Class 12th exams have been cancelled in the state amid the rising cases of the Covid-19. However, later the board devised an evaluation process based on the internal assessment i.e. 30:30:40 based on the marks of Class 10th, 11th, and 12th combined. The students who have registered themselves for the Maha Class 12th examination can use the steps given below to access the result:
Step 1: First, the candidates need to visit the official website of the Maharashtra Board i.e. mahresult.nic.in.
Step 2: Post this, the candidates will be redirected to the official homepage of the board. On the homepage, the candidates need to click on the HSC Class 12th Result Link.
Step 3: Thereafter, the candidates have to enter Roll Number and Mother’s First Name as mentioned on the admit card.
Step 4: Upon submission, the candidates will get their Class 12th final result along with the marks scored by them in each subject applicable to their stream.
Step 5: In the end, the candidates can cross-check everything mentioned on the HSC Class 12th result and save a copy of the same for future reference.

The students who wish to check their Maha Class 12th result via SMS can type MHHSC followed by < Candidate’s seat no> and send it to 57766.
The result of the Class 12th of Maha board comprises a lot of information and the candidates should cross-check and verify the same. In the event of any error or misspelled word, the candidates should immediately report the same to the concerned authorities and get the same rectified.
The MSBSHSE has also decided to pass all the class 12th students for this year. It further said that those candidates who cannot score the minimum marks to pass a subject will be assigned grace marks and thus no candidate will fail this year.
Once the result is over, the candidate who is not satisfied with the marks allotted to them in any of the subjects can choose to appear for the supplementary examination. The board has notified that it will conduct the examination when the situation in the state becomes normal.
