Reports of the Maharashtra Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Board announcing the Class 10 results soon are making the rounds. According to the state education minister Varsha Gaikwad, Class 10 board exam results were to be announced by today, July 15, 2021. Therefore, there are high chances of the results being announced today on the official website mahresult.nic.in. Apart from the official website, results can also be seen on sscresult.mkcl.org and maharashtraeducation.com. While the education minister did provide a tentative result timeline, SSC Board has not provided any confirmation about the same.
What do we know as of now?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Maharashtra SSC board was compelled to cancel the Class 10 boards exams. Instead, students were to be evaluated on the basis of alternate evaluation criteria. Based on the decided assessment scheme, results shall be curated based on internal assessments of both Class 9 and 10.
To decide the fair and justified objective criteria, Varsha Gaikwad had organised several meetings for promoting Class 10 students. After deciding the criteria, the Maharashtra board had also uploaded videos on YouTube. These videos were uploaded to prepare teachers for assessing Class 10 students. Information regarding the objective criteria was also published on the official website mahahsscboard.in.
The state education minister had earlier stated that the SSC Result 2021 Maharashtra Board will be released on or before July 15, 2021. No official statement regarding the same has been released by the concerned board. As today’s day goes by, reports are now changing their stance. Most probably results might not release today and an official statement announcing the actual result date will be released. Students are advised to check official websites and reliable news channels for important updates.
