- RTE
- From service priority category
- Short fall of reservation quota.
In case the seats remain vacant after this stage, then the KVS admission 3rd list is going to be published on May 10, 2022. As per the admission schedule, the declaration of the provisional list of students as per the priority service category for the unreserved seats (if any) will be done from May 6 to 17, 2022. The KVS Lottery based admission is an initiative under the Right to Education (RTE).
Based on this scheme, 25% of the seats available for fresh admission will be filled up. In other words, admission for 10 seats in class 1 will be filled by RTE Lottery. As such, applications are drawn from SC, ST, EWS, BPL, OBC (NCL), and differently-abled students taken together from the same neighbourhood. However, in any case, the seats reserved for the RTE scheme will not be de-reserved.
