KVS Admission 2021 Class 1 First List, Draw of Lots Today; Know How to Check Results

After the release of first list, two other lists are expected to come out after 1 and 2 weeks respectively.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is declaring the results for the class 1 draw of lots along with the allotment list today, on June 23, 2021. After numerous postponements, the wait for young students and their parents across the country is coming to an end. The first allotment list can be checked on the official website kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in. After the release of first list, two other lists are expected to come out by June 30 and July 05, 2021, respectively.

While awaiting the allotment announcement, parents can arrange the important documents that will be needed later. The documents that will be required for admission shall include child’s photograph, child’s birth certificate, caste certificate copy (if applicable), certificate of residence, disability certificate (if applicable), EWS certificate, retirement certificate of uniformed defence employees, transfer details of parents and grandparents (for future use), proof of relationship between child and parent or grandparent.

Parents and students must also bear in mind that the KVS authorities shall be prioritising those who fall under the ambit of the Right to Education quota. This will be followed by prioritising students who belong to the service category. Based on these present conditions, a provisional list of selected candidates shall be announced by authorities. Again, this provisional list shall be dependent on priority given to service category and applicable for unreserved seats. The same shall be released from July 02 to 06, 2021.

How to check KVS class 1 admission result?

  • The results can be checked on the official website kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
  • Besides, the KVS-wise list of students shortlisted for admission can be checked at the respective websites of KV schools. To access the website of each KV, one can check the list at https://kvsangathan.nic.in/about-kvs/directories/kvs-directory.

Those who get shortlisted in the first list itself will have to submit thee required documents and confirm their seat by fulfilling all the registration formalities.

However, those students who do not make it to the first list are required to wait for the subsequent lists to come out. The second list shall be out by June 30, 2021, whereas the third list will come out on July 05, 2021. However, these are only tentative dates, and the official schedule shall be posted on the website. Hence, candidates are advised to check the website or reliable sources constantly for important updates.

KVS officials have announced a similar and revised admission schedule for admitting students to Class 2. Results for the same shall be announced from June 24, 2021. Subsequently, the admission formalities will be conducted from June 25 to 30, 2021. In case any day within this stipulated period turns out to be a public holiday, the following day shall be considered as the closing or opening day for admissions.
