KCET Marks Entry 2021 Extended till 18 Sep; What is Marks Entry and How to Do It?

The last date to enter the KCET marks 2021 by candidates is extended to September 18, 2021, by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). So, candidates who haven’t entered their 12th class or 2nd PUC test marks yet are advised to enter their marks as early as possible by visiting the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in to avoid unnecessary further delay.  Along with this, it is expected that the KCET 2021 results will be released by September 20, 2021, on the official website of KEA.

KCET 2021 marks entry is the entry of marks obtained by candidates in the 12th class or 2nd PUC test. The marks entry is important for further admission to undergraduate courses. Candidates who want to take admission to undergraduate courses in architecture have to enter their NATA 2021 marks along with 12th class marks.

To enter the KCET marks 2021, candidates can follow below important steps:

Step-1: First of all, students have to visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Step-2: After visiting the aforementioned official website of KEA, candidates have to click on the ” UGCET 2021 Marks Entry Link” present under the “Latest Announcements” section on the homepage.

Step-3: After clicking on this link, students will be redirected to the new page of “Candidate Login”.

Step-4: On this page, candidates have to enter user id/application number, password and captcha.

Step-5: After entering all the details mentioned above, candidates have to clock on the “Login” button.

Step-6: After login, they can enter their 2nd class or equivalent exam marks before the aforementioned deadline.

After the last date of KCET 2021 marks entry, KEA is expected to announce the KCET 2021 results on kea.kar.nic.in. As per some resources, Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, the Higher Education Minister of Karnataka said that the results of the KCET 2021 exam will be out by September 20, 2021. Once the KCET 2021 results get released, students can check the same by logging into their account after visiting the official website.

KCET 2021, also known as UGCET 2021 exam, was conducted on August 28 and August 29, 2021, in offline mode i.e. in pen-paper mode. Candidates who will qualify for the exam will only be called for the further admission process of undergraduate courses. The seat allotment will be done through counselling rounds. KEA will soon release a detailed notification regarding the KCET 2021 counselling process on the official website.
