Karnataka SSLC result 2021

KSEEB (Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board) has released the Karnataka SSLC supplementary result 2021 on the official website, karresults.nic.in. Candidates who have appeared for the supplementary exam held on September 27 to 29, 2021 can check their results using their registration number.

In order to check the results, visit the official website of KSEEB, karresults.nic.in. On the homepage, click on the Karnataka SSLC supplementary result 2021 link. Next, mention registration number as per admit card and click on submit button. Cross verify the Karnataka SSLC supplementary result 2021 and save a copy of the same for future reference.

This year a rise has been noted in the overall pass percentage that stands at 55.54% which is more than that of 2020 and 2019 records. This year, the pass percentage of female candidates surpassed the same for the male candidates. For the former category, the pass percentage is 57.25% and for the latter, it is 54.66%.

The Karnataka SSLC supplementary exam was held for candidates who could not pass the SSLC exam held this year. The result of Karnataka class 10th has been released earlier, in August 2021 in which 99.99% of candidates passed the examination. However, there were a lot of candidates who could not get qualifying marks in one or two papers were given the opportunity to elevate their scores with the supplementary exams.

Options After Class 10

Since, now, the Karnataka SSLC 2021 exam is over, candidates who have successfully cleared the same have to get admission in class 11th. However, admission to plus one means choosing a stream for themselves amongst Arts, Commerce and Science. Although choosing a stream is completely dependant on the candidate’s aspiration for their future but they must cross evaluate their potential before going for a particular stream.

If Science and technology are a candidate’s aspirations and they have scored fair marks in PCM then they must go for the science stream. However, if they wish to become a CS, CA or have an interest in calculations, investments etc then commerce can be the ideal choice for the candidates. Out of all the three streams, Arts is one the most coveted streams for those who have a fascination for Literature, Music, Politics, Law, Psychology or Sociology etc. Candidates must do intense brainstorming before arriving at a final conclusion regarding which discipline they wish to opt for.
