Department of Pre University Education has declared Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2021 for 5,90,153 students today, on July 20, 2021. The result was announced via press conference led by Suresh Kumar at 4 pm. Then the link to check result was activated at 4:28 pm at karresults.nic.in.
Students need registration number to check it. Karnataka Education Minister, S Suresh Kumar, has announced the pass percentage, girls vs boys performance, toppers, and more details.
The facility to know the registration number is already active at dpue-exam.karnataka.gov.in. To get the number, the students need to enter district and college (school).
This year, Karnataka 2nd PUC exams were cancelled due to the pandemic. Hence, the result has been majorly prepared based on performance in SSLC exam and 1st PUC exam. The weightage of both the exam performance is 45% each. The rest of the 10% marks are for academic performance in the 2nd PUC exam and the limit for the grace marks is 5%.
Candidates shall not be satisfied with their 2nd PUC result may opt to take the board exams. The exams will be held later this year. KSEEB will only conduct it once the pandemic gets a bit better. For the exams, a new date sheet shall be released.

PUE has changed the direct link to check II PUC result. Earlier, students could check result directly from the home page of karresults.nic.in. Now, a new link has been activated. Now, when you go to karresults.nic.in, you have to click “PUC Results announced on 20/07/2021”, which leads to the new link. Then enter registration number to check result.
The new direct link to check result is https://karresults.nic.in/indexpuc_2021.asp.
The website pue.kar.nic.in is down. Here, students could check registration number. Since the website has crashed, students who were unaware of their registration numbers are unable to check their results.

35% Grace Marks for II PUC Repeater Results
As per newspaper reports, the Karnataka government will give grace marks to repeater candidates. More than 76,000 students belong to repeater category. However another report claims that private candidates appearing for II PU exams for first time may be asked to appear for exams after the pandemic situation improves. There is no provision to check 2nd PUC results 2021 via any app. Last year SuVidya portal app was provided. However this year, there is no mobile application to check the class 12th results. The official website of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) used to be kseeb.kar.nic.in. However the new website of the board is sslc.karnataka.gov.in. Chances of 2nd PUC results 2021 being announced on either websites is low, as KSEEB deals with SSLC exams, and DPUE looks after the II PUC exams.
