Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has rescheduled the dates of the JNVST exam for the two centers viz. Sheopur and Shivpuri districts of Madhya Pradesh on September 26, 2021. The JNVST exam in these two areas was earlier scheduled for September 11, 2021 however the same has been postponed citing administrative reasons. The revised JNVST Class 6 admit card has also been released for the candidates of these two districts on the official website, navodaya.gov.in.
With this new date, we can expect that the JNVST Class 6 result is going to be out after September 26, 2021. Although the exam for all the other centres has been conducted on time with the rescheduling of dates for two districts, the results will be delayed. As per a report, a total of 2,41,700 candidates have registered for the exam however out of them only 47, 320 candidates will be selected for final admission. Additionally, JNVST has been conducted across 62 centres pan India.
The JNVST 2021 Class 6 exam had three sections, mental ability, mental arithmetic, and language test. The test had 40 questions from the mental ability section that accounts for 50 marks. While the remaining two sections had 20 questions that were held for 25 marks each. The board has introduced sectional timing to complete each section i.e. 60 minutes for the mental ability section and 30 minutes for the remaining two sections. The exam is going to be held in offline mode for a composite duration of 2 hours.
The candidates can check out the steps below to successfully download their JNVST Class 6 admit card:
Step 1: Visit the official website of JNVST, navodaya.gov.in
Step 2: On reaching the homepage, find and click on the link “ Download re-revised admit card”
Step 3: After this, click on the download admit card and proceed
Step 4: Thereafter, enter the registration number and date of birth along with the captcha code and hit the sign-in button
Step 5: The candidates can check out their JNVST admit card and save a copy of the same for future reference
The candidates who do not remember their Registration number for the examination can retrieve the same by clicking on the find your registration number. On the next page, they have to enter the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name followed by the date of birth and captcha code and click on the search registration number. The candidate’s registration number will appear on the screen that they can note down for logging in.
