Jammu and Kashmir Bank is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Probationary Officer. The JK Bank PO recruitment is only for the eligible candidates of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir bank has announced a total of 350 vacancies for Probationary Officer. The detailed notification discussing the vacancies, eligibility, reservation rules can be downloaded from the official website of JK Bank. The applications are invited from July 02, 2020, onwards through the official website, jkbank.com. Candidates have to make sure that they submit their JK Bank PO application form before the last date which is July 24, 2020.
In order to apply for the announced post, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria as prescribed by JK Bank. Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university to apply for JK Bank PO recruitment. Aspirants must possess mark sheet/degree certificate of their graduation degree to enter the percentage of marks while registering online. The minimum age limit to apply for Probationary Officer is 20 years. The upper age limit is 32 years as on April 01, 2020. The relaxation in upper age limit is provided to SC/ST candidates up to 05 years, 03 years to Socially educational Backward Class/Social CLass/Weak and under Privileged class/RBA/PSP/IB/ALC and up to 10 years to Physically Challenge Persons.
The process of the submission of JK Bank PO application form is carried out through an online process at jkbank.com. Reaching the website, candidates have to click on ‘Recruitment-Probationary Officer-2020’ and apply for the post. Before candidates begin with the application process, they must have a valid email address, mobile number, a scanned image of the photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The SC/ST/PCP candidates have to pay Rs.800/- and all other category candidates have to pay Rs.1000/- as application fee. The fee can only be paid through the online process by using Debit card, Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card/Mobile Wallets.
Eligible candidates have to appear for three phases of the selection procedure which includes the preliminary exam, main examination and Interview. The JK Bank PO prelims exam is qualifying in nature. Once candidates reach the interview round, they have to carry their educational certificate, interview call letter, and other requisite documents (in original as well as photocopies) for this round. The final list is prepared based on the marks secured by candidates in mains exam and interview round. The weightage of the online main exam and interview is 80:20, respectively.
