Jharkhand NTSE 2021 – 2022 Registration Ends Today, Apply at jac-nts.com

Only the top 1000 candidates are chosen for the scholarship examination out of the thousands that appear for the Jharkhand NTSE exam.

Jharkhand NTSE Exam 2021

The last date to apply for Jharkhand NTSE 2021-2022 is today, November 28, 2021, on the official website, jac-nts.com. The registration for NTSE (National Talent Search Examination), Jharkhand had commenced on November 08, 2021. There are no reports as of now regarding the extension of the last date of registration.

Jharkhand NTSE 2021 stage 1 examination is scheduled to be held on January 16, 2021, in two shifts. The examination usually has two papers i.e. Paper 1 Mental Ability Test (MAT) and paper 2 (Scholastic Aptitude Test). Paper 1 will be conducted in the first shift from 10 am to 12 pm, and paper 2 is scheduled from 2 pm to 4 pm. The admit card for Jharkhand NTSE stage 1 will be released by January 01, 2021. The result of the examination is expected to be announced within 1 month from the date of the NTSE examination.

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to register for Jharkhand NTSE 2021 examination:

Step 1: Visit the official website of JAC, Ranchi, jac-nts.com

Step 2: Click on the candidate’s registration tab and then register by entering personal details such as name, date of birth, category, gender, etc and click on the submit button

Step 3: Now with the generated OTP fill the remaining application form with all the details asked

Step 4: Finally, pay the application fee prescribed for the candidate’s category and submit the application form

The prescribed application fee for unreserved category students is INR 250. Similarly, for SC/ST category the application fee is INR 125.

As per the exam pattern of NTSE, Jharkhand, there are two papers, paper 1 (MAT) and paper 2 (SAT). There are 100 questions per subject and 120 minutes will be provided to complete each paper. The minimum qualifying marks for the unreserved category is 40% of the total marks and the same for the reserved category is 32%.

Candidates who successfully clear Stage 1 of the Jharkhand NTSE exam will be eligible for Stage 2 of the Talent search examination. As this is a scholarship test hence, those who successfully clear the examination will be awarded a monthly scholarship of INR 1250 for candidates studying classes 11 and 12 and INR 2000 for candidates who are currently pursuing Graduation, Post Graduation, or Doctorate.
