Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh has started the application form correction facility of JEECUP 2019 from April 01, 2019. The application form correction facility will remain open until April 04, 2019. The candidates can make the correction online under their logon.
The application form correction is a one-time facility. No further changes in the form beyond the last date will be acceptable. Therefore, the candidates need to complete the correction and editing of the form within this window. The candidates who have paid the application fee and completed the JEECUP 2019 registration process can only use the application form correction window.
To make changes in the application form the candidates need to visit the official website of JEECUP 2019, jeecup.nic.in and log in using their application number and password. In doing so the application form that the candidates had filled opens in an editable format. The candidates need to make the changes and confirm the same. Note that once the confirmation of changes is done, the candidates cannot go back and make changes in the form.
Note that there are two categories, Online Form Correction For Engineering and Technology Diploma- Group A and Online Form Correction For Group (B to K). Thus the candidates have to select the same as per the course they have applied for and proceed with the form correction. No change will be accepted through offline i.e. through fax/application including e-mail etc.
The candidates who will have furnished wrong information via the application form intentionally/unintentionally will have their candidature cancelled at the later stages. Therefore, the council allows the candidates with one last opportunity to make corrections in their application form.
After the application form correction is over and the council scrutinises the application forms, the admit card will be issued to the candidates. The admit card issuance will be done online under the candidates’ login and from second week fo April 2019.
JEECUP 2019 will be held on May 26, 2019, for admission in various Diploma/ Post Diploma/ PG courses. The exam is being held in the offline mode. as per the last year’s data, a total of 3,98,673 candidates appeared for the exam and of these, around 3,79,567 qualified.
