From February 23 to 25, 2023, KL Deemed to be University Hyderabad Campus is hosting the International Conference on Advances in Computational Intelligence and its Applications (ICACIA-2023). The conference aims to showcase cutting-edge scientific research, promote collaboration between academics and industry experts, and deepen understanding of various domains related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Pattern Recognition (PR), Machine Learning (ML), IoT, and related fields. Experts from all over the world will gather to explore opportunities for collaborative research and technological advancement.
During the conference’s opening ceremony, keynote speeches were delivered by Dr. Haider Raza from the University of Essex, UK, Dr. Rafal Scherer from the University of Technology, Czestochowa, Poland, and Dr. Anup Nandy from NIT, Rourkela, India. Technical sessions will be held in hybrid mode to encourage the generation of new ideas and improve the quality of research. The conference will feature global leaders in research and technology who will share and refine ideas that will benefit the global scientific community.

Dr. G. Pardha Saradhi Varma, Vice Chancellor of KL Deemed to be University, stated that the university is committed to providing global opportunities that expose students and faculty to broader communities and networking platforms at both national and international levels. The conference will provide a collaborative learning experience for delegates from India and abroad, and generate potential ideas and innovative solutions for the development of technologies that will lead to a brighter tomorrow.
The conference was inaugurated in the presence of guests, including Dr. L Koteswara Rao, Principal of KL Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, delegates, faculty members, and students. The first day included several rounds of technical sessions, and over 70 delegates from India and abroad are expected to present their research papers during the three-day international conference. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published by CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group, Florida, USA, according to Dr. Sheikh Fahad Ahmad, the convenor.
