Schools in Uttar Pradesh have until midnight on 12 November 2026 to correct the details of students appearing in the UP Board 2027 High School (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 12) exams. The board’s secretary, Bhagwati Singh, has told all district inspectors of schools to make principals check every student’s record, in a letter dated 2 November.
Students cannot make these changes themselves. Only the principal can, by logging in at upmsp.edu.in. Students and parents should ask their school now to show them the details uploaded for them, because these details are used for the board exam records.
What can be fixed online till 12 November
- Spelling errors in the student’s, mother’s or father’s name
- Subject or stream
- Gender and caste
- Medium (Hindi or English)
- Photograph
- A wrong High School roll number entered in the Class 11 registration
What needs an offline application
A date of birth correction, a complete change of the student’s or a parent’s name, and deleting or restoring a student’s record cannot be done online. The principal has to collect the application by 16 November, with:
