National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the answer key for IIFT MBA (IB) 2020 entrance exam. It is available for download online at iift.nta.nic.in. With the release of answer key, NTA is also providing the facility to the candidates to submit an objection, if they are not satisfied with the option marked in it. Last date submit a challenge in the answer key is December 05, 2019 up to 05:00 PM.
In order to submit a challenge in the IIFT 2020 answer key, candidates have to login online at iift.nta.nic.in using their application number and date of birth/ password. Once the candidates have logged in to their account, click on the “Challenge answer key” button. In the next screen, not only candidates can challenge the option but can also check the correct answer for the questions asked in the entrance exam. The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option (s)’ stands for the correct Answer Key which is to be used by the candidates for cross-checking their answers. To submit a challenge, choose Option IDs by clicking the check box. Finally, upload the document proof and pay the required amount of the objection fee.
Candidates have to pay an amount of Rs. 1000 per question challenged by online mode through credit card/ debit card/ net banking. The objection fee amount will be refunded if the challenge as submitted by the candidate is found to be correct.
NTA released the question paper and response sheet for IIFT 2020 entrance exam on December 02, 2019. It can be downloaded till December 05, 2019 using their application number, password/ date of birth. Candidates should use these to cross-check their answers with that in the answer key and calculate their probable score. The calculation of marks is to be done as per the marking scheme.
The entrance exam was concluded on December 01, 2019 in a single shift throughout the country. It was conducted in computer-based mode in which 35435 candidates appeared out of 39752 candidates registered. The result for the entrance exam will be out on December 11, 2019. Qualifiers in CBT are then eligible to participate in GD/ PI at IIFT.
As per the press release for IIFT entrance exam 2020, a total of 26853 number of male candidates, 12897 female, and 02 transgenders registered for the entrance exam. In the general category, a total of 29378 candidates registered, 1256 in General – EWS, 2932 in SC category, 648 in ST category, 5538 in OBC (NCL) category. The exam was conducted in 41 Cities in 86 centers.
