Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is going to conduct the BoS Practical Training (PT) assessment exam on April 24, 25, 2021 and May 01, 02, 2021. Admit cards for the examination were released yesterday, April 21, 2021. Successfully registered candidates can download their admit cards directly from the official website pttest.icai.org. Admit cards shall be issued only through the online mode on the official website. ICAI shall not issue any physical admit cards to candidates. ICAI PT test 2021 Admit card is an important document that must be present on exam day.
Candidates can directly download their ICAI PT Test 2021 admit cards from the official website pttest.icai.org. To do so, they must login to the website by filling in the required credentials. These credentials include registration number, date of birth and the correct security code. After submitting the login credentials, admit card download link shall be available. Candidates are advised to take a printout of the admit card well in advance before the exam.
This year, ICAI PT 2021 exam shall be conducted in the home-based online proctored test. The home-based examination is conducted so that the candidates do not have to travel to test centres due to the coronavirus pandemic. This mode of examination is similar to the one conducted at allotted test centres except that candidates can appear for the exam at their own location rather than at the exam centre.
The assessment test is to be held on April 24, 25, 2021 and May 01, 02, 2021. The ICAI PT 2021 exam shall comprise objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The exam shall be of 75 marks for Level 1 and of 100 marks for Level 2. Exams for both levels shall be of 2 hours duration.
ICAI authorities shall be conducting the PT 2021 mock tests today, April 22, 2021, and tomorrow, April 23, 2021. All candidates shall be notified about their mock test schedule via email. The same information shall be present on the official website after logging in.
ICAI PT 2021 exam shall not contain any negative marking for incorrectly answered questions. Moreover, the Current Affairs session shall comprise of questions based on the news updates published in the February, March and April 2021 issues of the Students’ Journal.
Candidates shall not be given any reading time to skim through the question paper. They are instructed to join the exam 30 minutes prior to the actual test time specified. These 30 minutes shall be used to complete authentication and system-checking formalities. Candidates who join in late shall not be permitted to attend the examination.
