The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued the ICAI PT test admit card 2021 for the exams to be held on April 24, 25, and May 1, 2, 2021. The candidates who have registered for the test can now download their admit card for the test from pttest.icai.org.
To download the ICAI- BoS Practical Training Assessment (ICAI PT) admit card, candidates have to visit the official website and login with registration number, date of birth, and the security code that appears on the login screen. Once logged in, candidates can check the admit card and download the same for the test day.
A full guide on how to take the Home-based test is available at pttest.icai.org. Also, the registered candidates must note that Mock Test will be conducted on April 22 and 23, 2021. An email will be sent to all the candidates regarding their Mock Test schedule and it will be available on this portal after logging in.
The ICAI- BoS Practical Training Assessment will be an online home-based test. This test will allow students to take their exams remotely from the place of the choice, including their own home. A qualified proctor will monitor the candidates’ audio-video and screen share feeds in real-time sitting at a remote location. There are some minimum requirements for the online test.
Candidates have to take the test from a capable device like Desktop PC or Laptop only. No Mobile or Tablet can be used. Also, candidates must have a stable Internet connection, at least 1 Mbps speed (Mobile Hotspot is to be avoided). There must be an effective webcam and a microphone. The browser to be used must be Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser compatible with PC / Laptop. When the test starts candidates have to login through Admin user only. Also, ensure that the system Date & Time should be correct.
There would be no reading time. Candidates should join the link 30 minutes prior to the test commencement time given to them, for authentication and system check. The late joining of candidates will not be permitted.
The exam will be an Objective Type MCQ-based examination of 75 marks for 1st Level and 100 marks for 2nd Level. There will be no negative marking. There will be questions on Current Affairs taken from the News Updates published in the February, March, and April 2021 issues of Students’ Journal.
Students will be assigned grades based on their performance in the assessment. Students with 80% and above marks will be given an A grade. 60% and above but below 80% will fall in B grade. Students with 40% and above but below 60% will get a C grade and students getting below 40%will get a D grade.
