HPCL Admit Card Released For 17th November 2019 Exam, Check How To Download

HPCL admit card 2019 has been released for officer engineering, officer quality control, officer fire and safety, officer human resources, and officer law exam.

HPCL Admit Card

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has released the admit card for exams scheduled to be held on November 17, 2019. On the coming Sunday, HPCL is about to organize exams for officer engineering, officer quality control, officer fire and safety, officer human resources, and officer law posts. 

The process of obtaining HPCL admit card is online, the corporation has not sent hall tickets by post. To get the document, which is compulsory for appearing in exam, applicants need to visit hindustanpetroleum.com, and click the careers link. Then click the link for view available positions. On the next page, details of all available positions appear, including these exams which are to be held three days from now. 

Clicking the plus (+) button against the names of the posts opens a dropdown, where the direct links to download admit card for each post are provided. Depending upon the post applied, candidates need to select the exam name, and download admit card. For all the exams, to download admit card, login is required using candidate id, date of birth.

Exam duration for all the posts shall be 150 minutes. The paper shall consist of 75 questions on general aptitude, and 75 on domain, in the case of officer fire and safety, officer human resources, officer quality control, and experienced engineering position. Exam for law officer post will have 40 questions from general aptitude, and there will be 3 descriptive questions from domain, and 40 objective questions from domain. 

General aptitude paper will be based on problems on data interpretation, logical reasoning, quantitative mathematics, reading comprehension, reasoning, verbal ability.

HPCL recruitment 2019 is being carried out to fill 164 vacancies in the advertised positions. This includes 63 vacancies of project engineer mechanical, 18 of project engineer civil, 25 of project engineer electrical, 10 for project engineer instrumentation, 10 for refinery engineer chemical, 4 for law officer, 20 for quality control officer, 8 for human resource officer, and 6 for fire and safety officer. 

Category wise there are 71 vacancies for unreserved candidates, 29 for SC, 16 for ST, 31 for OBC, and 17 for EWS.

There are two types of posts in this recruitment. One that fall under E1 grade, and the other E3. For E1, the basic salary is Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 with approximately 11.76 lakhs CTC. whereas for E3, the basic salary is Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000 and around 17.64 lakhs CTC. 

Selection process will consist of written test, interview, group task, and there will also be moot court for law officers. Those who qualify on the basis of written test, to happen this week, will be shortlisted for group task. Likewise those who clear the group task round will go ahead for interviews. 

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited is the public sector oil and gas company that has almost 25% market share in India among PSUs. it was founded in 1974, and its headquarters are in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
