Guru Gobind Singh Government Hospital is recruiting candidates to fill up the vacant posts of Senior Resident. The said post is advertised under Radiology, Anesthesia, Medicine, Pediatrics, O&G and Emergency/Isolation Ward. Recruitment to Senior Resident post is completely on an ad hoc basis under Family Welfare Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The conducting body has announced a total of 22 vacancies for the said posts. Eligible aspirants have to appear for the walk-in-interview. The recruitment for Senior Resident post is on a temporary basis for 89 days or till the posts are filled by regular basis. To fill up the post, the conducting body is organizing daily interview round until the posts are filled. The time and venue for the same were conveyed through the official notification. Candidates have to be present at sharp 10:00 AM at Establishment Branch (Room No. 11) for the interview.
Out of the total announced vacancies, 01 is advertised under the Radiology department, 05 under Anesthesia department 03 for Medicine department, 06 under O&G department, and 02 under Emergency and Isolation ward. Those who are shortlisted as Senior Resident post under Radiology department have to work for 02-03 days a week in the department of Radiology in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital Nagar Delhi. Applications shortlisted under these posts get monthly salary under Level-11 pay scale. They receive Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- plus admissible allowance as well.
Candidates have to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility norms that are laid down by the conducting body. Those who have completed their MBBS with Postgraduate Degree/ Diploma/ DNB/ or have three-year experience in concerned speciality from recognized university/institution are eligible for the announced posts. They must have complete their 03 years Senior Residency in any recognized institution including the regular and ad-hoc period. Candidates who are applying for an Emergency/Isolation ward, they must have completed their three years experience in casualty or Medicine department. The age limit for Senior Resident recruitment is 37 years.
Those who are eligible as per the eligibility criteria have to present at the venue with the application form. Candidates have to attach self-attested copies of all the certificate, ID/Residential address proof, one recent passport size photograph. Along with them, aspirants also have to carry original documents as well for the verification. The application should contain the name of the candidate, name of the post they are applying for, father’s name, spouse name, date of birth category, address, DMC registration number, date of internship completion, educational qualification, contact number, experience if any.
