Government General Hospital, Super Speciality Hospital and Cancer Unit, Ananthapuramu is conducting a special recruitment drive for COVID-19 isolation wards. Applications are invited for General Duty Medical Officers, Specialist Doctors, Staff Nurse, Anaesthesia Technician, Lab Technician, ECG Technician, Dietician, Pharmacist, Electrician Plumber, Statistician, Biomedical Technician, Biomedical Engineer, Physiotherapist, Sweepers, Security Guards, MNOs, FNOs, Data Entry Operator, Radiographers, Dhobi & CSSD Maintenance. Total 1474 vacancies are out for Medical and Non-medical Staff. The detailed notification for the same is available on the official website, ananthapuramu.ap.gov.in. Eligible candidates can submit their forms from July 28, 2020, to August 07, 2020.
Monthly remuneration, depending on the posts, is paid to candidates during their temporary service. Those who are shortlisted as Speciality Doctors are paid Rs. 1,50,000/- as their per month salary. General Duty Medical Officers gets Rs. 70,000/-, Staff Nurse gets Rs. 34,000/-, Lab Technician gets Rs. 28,000/-, Dietician receives Rs. 35120, Biomedical engineer gets Rs. 50,000/-, Physiotherapist gets Rs. 32571/-. Monthly salary for all other posts can be referred from the official notification.
To apply for General Duty Medical Officers posts, candidates must have MBBS/BDS degree. Candidates who wish to apply for Speciality Doctor must possess MD in a particular speciality. A Diploma in respective disciplines is required for Pharmacist, Anaesthesia Technician, Electrician, Plumber, Biomedical Technician, Radiographers and CSSD Maintenence. Those who possess a Bachelor’s degree in their concerned subjects can apply for Physiotherapist, Biomedical Engineer, Statistician and Dietician. Candidates who are applying for Lab Technician posts must have DMLT course, ECG Technician posts required certification in ECG from recognized institutions.
Aspirants must have passed 7th class to apply for Dhobi, Sweepers, and 10th class qualified candidates are eligible for Security Guard posts. In addition, candidates must know how to write and read the Telugu language if applying for Sweepers and Dhobi. They must have relevant work experience in concerned fields for Sweepers, Security Guards, Dhobi and CSSD Maintenence.
Applications are accepted only through an offline process. Candidate can download the GGH, Ananthapuramu recruitment application form from ananthapuramu.ap.gov.in. The filled-in applications should be submitted to the Principal, Government Medical College Campus, Anathapuramu. Along with the applications forms candidates also have to submit the certificates in support of their educational qualification, work experience.
Selection to the announced post is done through interview. Candidates are appointed on a first come first serve basis. The appointment is purely on contractual basis for six months. Candidates have to join the department right to the concerned Nodal Officer. The original certificate should be submitted for the verification of the eligibility.
