The application forms for Don Bosco Park Circus Admission 2019 has been released today. The parents who want to admit their children to Don Bosco School can now fill the forms. The last date to fill the form is September 22, 2018. So, the parents who are interested should fill the form as soon as possible.
Eligibility
Don Bosco has mentioned a particular age for the children for the admission. So, the children who are born between April 01, 2014 and March 31, 2015, are eligible for the admission. The children who do not fulfill this criterion cannot get the admission.
How to Fill the Form
To fill the application form, first visit the official website of Don Bosco i.e. donboscoparkcircus.org. On the homepage of the website, you can see the link of application form link present at the top. Once, you will click it, you will reach page a new page. On that page click on “Click Here to Proceed”. After that, a new window will be opened. Now, read the instructions carefully and then tick the “I Agree” term and proceed. Now, enter the details such as father’s name, mother’s name, child’s name, date of birth etc. The fields which contain the * are mandatory to be filled. After submitting the details, your user id and password will be generated. The parents can use these credentials to pay the application fee.
The application fee for filling the application form online is 1000/-.
The parents will have to bring the printout of the application form in school along with some other documents such as a passport size photograph (affixed on the first page of the form), a recent photo of the mother, father, and child together (affixed on the last page of the form), a copy of the online payment receipt, photocopy of the birth certificate of the child, child’s immunization record, a recent address proof. The Christian parent will also have to bring Baptism Certificate, a letter of Introduction from the Parish Priest / Pastor.
The shortlisted students will be called for the face to face meeting. For this, the parent will be informed through the email on October 30, 2018.
